This letter is long overdue. I would just like to take a moment out to thank you for the excellent care that you gave to my son on his recent surgery. His scar is healing wonderfully and everyone remarks how great it looks. I can’t tell you how nervous I was to have this procedure done – I think you know! But you were very patient and kind and treated us with the utmost respect. And while I know that this was a small case for you, I never once felt that it wasn’t your biggest!
Please thank your staff for me as well; they were also very considerate with all of my phone calls and rescheduling.
Hope this card finds you well. Thank you for all your help this year. You’ll be happy to know I’m very aware when sunbathing and lather on my sunscreen. I keep remembering those gross pictures you showed me. Wishing you and your family happy holidays and hope to see you in the new year!

I just want to thank you for your individual and joint efforts to take care of my father.
He suffered very serious injuries from his fall in June, and thanks to your diligence and caring, he is doing amazingly well. His elbow is fully functioning – I can’t believe how far he has come.
All the phone calls, the follow up on the infections, the scheduling… the insistence on his proper care at the rehab and nursing care facilities. I just want you to know that this family is grateful for your efforts. You helped us a great deal.
