This letter is long overdue. I would just like to take a moment out to thank you for the excellent care that you gave to my son on his recent surgery. His scar is healing wonderfully and everyone remarks how great it looks. I can’t tell you how nervous I was to have this procedure done – I think you know! But you were very patient and kind and treated us with the utmost respect. And while I know that this was a small case for you, I never once felt that it wasn’t your biggest!
Please thank your staff for me as well; they were also very considerate with all of my phone calls and rescheduling.
